(1) Try to install virtualprintersetup.exe on Windows 7
(2) Installation fails with error code 0x80070bcb


What is the expected result?
Google Cloud Printer should be installed

What happens instead?
Error code 0x80070bcb

According to https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/omdLlyyPCu0;context-place=topicsearchin/chrome/category$3Awindows7%7Csort:relevance%7Cspell:false, the failure started after a recent security update (KB3170455) for Windows.  

The installation program should be able to handle security updates for windows users.
