This looks to specific to Google Translate as I could repro this on Firefox as well as on Chrome, of Windows-7, Mac OS 10.11.5 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Marking this Untriaged for someone from Translate team to have a look at this.

It's a wrong label. That label is for Chrome - Google Translate integration. But this looks a rendering issue on a specific site, google.com. If this is due to chromium side problem, this should be a Blink compatibility issue. Maybe Blink>Editing is a better label to be handled by a right developer. Otherwise, I assume comment 3 means this happened on Firefox too, you may want to file an internal bug for google.com.

Cannot repro on Chrome 59 (Linux or Mac). Attached a screenshot for reference which does not show white lines. If this is still happening, please provide step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue, including starting URL and any UI interactions needed in order to reach the error state. This will help us narrow down the cause. Also, try resetting any browser scaling (<Win> 0, or <Command> 0) as this can sometimes cause texture seams to be shown for some graphics cards/drivers.
