fast/forms/select-popup/popup-menu-appearance-fractional-width.html is failing on Win7

The output result has black bars instead of text, not sure if error or the font being used.

The test uses Ahem, so AFAICT the new result seems like the right one, and is like the other platforms.

Rebaseline of fast/forms/select-popup/popup-menu-appearance-fractional-width.html

It seems a wrong baseline was checked in. This CL removes one in platform/win7/,
and Windows 7 refers one in platform/win/.
