Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2825.0 3d58aef05951368778eda5aa835969a8f04bf285-refs/heads/master@{#410913} (64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome , navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill 2) Now click on add address and save some data. 3) Now double click on 'More options' button in RHS and observe the blue focus highlight. Actual : Blue focus highlight is seen missing after double clicking 'More options' button Expected : Blue focus highlight should be seen after double clicking 'More options' button This is a regression issue broken in 'M-54' and below is the manual regression and Narrow bisect info: Good build : 54.0.2808.0 Bad build : 54.0.2809.0 Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/80c4b164dcce4b2ea27e65788bc33443d9dbce32..473c692fac754376f0b4feb4ba9a2ae0e1472180?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting : r407689 from Narrow bisect @dbeam : Could you please help to reassign if your change is not the cause for this change.

Its still reproduced on latest stable 55.0.2883.75. The Double click option on the "more option" button seems like an invalid operation.And the behavior is different on latest Dev # 56.0.2924.18 & Canary 57.0.2943.0 and looks good. mahmadi@/dbeam@ : Could you please confirm if it needs per-revision-bisect further.
