It's still failing on some Mac bots, and the platform expectations files are inconsistent, some of them having the video visible and some not. More TestExpectations needed to bring this under control...

This is also failing consistently on the Site Isolation Win, which is a win7 release bot: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/Site%20Isolation%20Win

I'll go ahead and adjust the Win7 expectations to apply to both debug and release.

The video controls doesn't seem right :(

Assigning to beccahughes@ as this could be resolved with the new media controls.

The tests will be rebaselined in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1363848. The current rebaseline result is that the win7-specific baselines are removed. Will check if the new baseline fixes the failure.
