What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Fresh install Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (1607)
(2) Install Google Chrome (64-bit)
(3) Install Google Cloud Print

What is the expected result?
Google cloud print installs and creates the virtual printer.

What happens instead?
An error appears: Installation failed, please try again
