OS: Windows(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/popups
(2) Add any link into exception (e.g http://www.popuptest.com/popuptest1.html)
(3) Then click on iron icon of added link and select 'Remove' option observe

Actual: Nothing is happened after clicking on 'Remove' option.

Expected: Added link should be removed after clicking on 'Remove' option.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-54', will soon update the other info.
