What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) I receive a notification message (e.g. fb or g+) from chrome
(2) I click on the gear to be able to modify (e.g. disable that type of notification)

What is the expected result?
I want to be navigated to the notification settings

What happens instead?
It navigates me to the general settings
