This is probably due to the test using setTimeout(..., 500). It should be rewritten to be more deterministic to avoid failing on slow bots.

Mark fast/dom/HTMLImageElement/image-srcset-w-onerror.html as flaky on Windows debug

This test uses setTimeout(..., 500) and flaked on Windows debug.
