Currently PLT (power_LoadTest) requires installation of a test image due to python dependencies.  There have been requests to make running PLT easier for external entities.

One possibility here would be to write a shell script that a user can run after transitioning the system to dev mode & disabling rootfs verification.  Thoughts or other suggestions on how this could be done?
