Reported by aaro...@gmail.com, Aug 9 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8350.68.0 (Official Build) stable-channel tidus

Example URL:
http://hangouts.google.com/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect to Jabra SPEAK 510 USB speakerphone using Bluetooth on a Lenovo ThinkCentre Chromebox
2. Start a Google Hangout
3. Say something

What is the expected behavior?
Clear audio to other participants in the Hangout.

What went wrong?
Audio is overdriven and completely unusable.

Did this work before? Yes ChromeOS 51

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: 52.0.2743.116
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

The speakerphone still works properly with both an iPhone and a MacBook Pro. The problem is new to the Chromebox in ChromeOS 52. The speakerphone worked fine before the latest version.

(Update: After a Powerwash, the audio is back working correctly. Leaving this open in case anyone else has run into this problem.)
