Change the "Synced tabs" string to "Tabs from other devices"

Chrome Sign-in UX's consensus is that 'Sync' was too technical and not human-readable. "Tabs from other devices" also pairs well with mobile's model of "From other devices"

I'm a little bit concerned about long translations wrapping to multiple lines. If they do, they'll wrap in a way that's a little bit ugly but at least doesn't break the page:

We talked about the wrapping. We tried a couple "long" languages (e.g. German) and it still fit on one line.

I think we decided that the extra clarity was worth the risk of wrapping in a couple languages.
