Chrome is not responding

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://martinecker.com/martincodes/lambda-expression-overloading/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Just open that URL

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chrome is not responding.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? No firefox 47

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 52.0.2743.116 and canary 54.0.2824.0.observed chrome is unresponsive with the URL http://martinecker.com/martincodes/lambda-expression-overloading/

This is non regression issue as the issue seen from M35 old builds.
Marking it as Untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.
