What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In System Preferences, in Shortcuts tab of Keyboard pane click the All controls Full Keyboard Access option
(2) Compile and launch views_examples_with_content_exe
(3) Choose radio button
(4) Press Tab key several times

What is the expected output?
Each individual radio button should go into focus state

What do you see instead?
The first tab selects the first radio button, which correctly displays the focus state. The next tab skips the second and third radio buttons completely.
