What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) A simple HTML page:
<!doctype html>

<html lang="en">
	<head>
		<meta charset="utf-8">

		<title>Test</title>
	</head>

	<body>
		<form method="post" action="">

(2) MacBook Pro Retina with a second monitor plugged in. The second display is to the left of the built-in display.

(3) The browser window is maximized but not on its own desktop.

What is the expected result?
When the select field is clicked or opened, the dropdown should appear directly below the field.

What happens instead?
The dropdown appears on the second monitor, outside the browser window.
