blitFramebuffer causes lose WebGL 2.0 context on mobile devices

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create an html page
2. create canvas element
3. get WebGL 2.0 context
4. create 2 renderbuffers and use blitFramebuffer
5. open on mobile device

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Lost WebGL context appears
