Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2819.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open dev tools 2. Try to find global variable on page 3. realize dev tools switched the target from `top` to one of your chrome extensions I can't reproduce this consistently, but it happens probably 1 out of 10 times. Confirmed with many other developers on twitter: https://twitter.com/wesbos/status/763007245730848768 What is the expected behavior? Target is always top unless I change it. What went wrong? Target is changed Did this work before? Yes This issue started ~3 months ago Chrome version: 54.0.2819.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Seems to be getting worse - now 100% of the time when I open dev tools it goes to an extension. One thing I did notice is that it only does it when I use ⌘+Alt+J video: http://wes.io/gzpT
