Website Menu Dropdown and Sub Menu is not visible on hover

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://seller.mrvoonik.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open this website http://seller.mrvoonik.com
2. Login with my account + password
3. You see the dashboard page of mrvoonik.com
4. But when you move your mouse over the "order" navigation button. You see not the dropdown menu. 

What is the expected behavior?
4. You must see the dropdown menu

In other web browser such as Firefox v48, IE10 you see the dropdown menu below navigation bar.This with a selected violet as color (in the navigation bar). In Google Chrome it's just a gray selected button with no dropdown menu.

What went wrong?
Possible a CSS and or Javascript rendering issue.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I followed the steps in the Google Chrome Help forum from the Chrome TC Stefan. And with no luck to fix this website display issue (show no dropdown menu)

+ create a new chrome profile' -> no luck
+ tested on 'chrome canary' -> no luck
+ use no plugins or Chrome extensions

Unable to reproduce the issue on win10 chrome version 52.0.2743.116 - dropdown menu displayed fine

Yes thats the issue, it works on other PC but not on my pc, even Stefan from Google Forum was unable to provide me a solution, so he directed to you guys.
you can check the steps he performed

can we share screen via team viewer or Amme admin, so that you can have the live issue and diagnose it

Could you please perform a total scan of your system and recheck the issue. If issue still exists please provide us with your system details for further triaging.
Hello 

I regularly scan my system for any infected files, infact not only perform Antivirus Scan but Anti Malware and Anti Spyware as well, this is done very frequently.

But still the issues persists 
me 
So will you be taking the system access via team viewer or how would you like to have the system details 

if team viewer, we can have anytime in the day time IST (unless and until you access my system you will not b able to understand the issue 

please suggest a suitable time

Thanks for resolving my issue, but once this issue was resolved a new issue arrised. may be cause of this solution conflicting with something else

i sell products online in more than 25 websites, I save passwords in my system, but my system keeps forgetting passwords every few days, due to which i face lots of difficulty in entering passwords in 25 websites everyday, and the worst part is when iam not in office my staff faces the same problem as they dont know the password, they have to halt the work for the day.

plz provide a solution, so that my chrome does not removes/deletes the passwords automatically

Along with password, history, also gets deleted

I am unable to reproduce this issue and will therefore resolve it. Please feel free to reopen this ticket with any questions or concerns. 

Steps:

Launch example dropdown website: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_dropdown.asp

Hover over button titled "Hover Me".
See that dropdown items are visible.
