When I click on i/lock thingamabob for a site in the address bar, there is a place to select for Site Settings. 

With the new settings menu enabled in the flags for additional material design stuff, it only goes to the setting menu(chrome://settings/content), & not to the site settings sub menu(chrome://settings/siteSettings)... 

To workaround this bug, I must scroll down, and click. It takes like 2 seconds more.

I constantly lose sleep over this issue. :( My heart is breaking. :P
