Android Webview get image via Camara fail

Issue descriptionExample URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: It's a community site with post picture feature, (https://bbs.htc.com/cn/hero.php) An Android app which use WebView to open this site. 1. Open the app (com.htc.guide) and WebView 2. New a post in community site and add picture via camera 3. (Camera app in phone will be call) Take a photo by camera 4. (*) Click V to submit the photo 5. Site show error message about "not image to upload" (*) If user wait about 10 sec before click V, it will submit success What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Because waiting a moment can avoid this issue, It seem cause by user try to upload a image that is still process, But if user use Browser app to do the same action, This issue won't happen. I have no idea why Browser work but WebView don't, Is there any different between their way to load image via camera? Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: Android System WebView 46.0.2490.76 Channel: dev OS Version: 6.0.1 Flash Version: N/A

Does this still happen with a current version of WebView? 46 is very old, the current is 52.

hjchangliao@, Thank you for reporting the bug. What device did you use? Could you point me to an English site that exhibit the same problem, or may I ask you to make a video of what you were doing (record the device screen), e.g. with the command "adb shell screenrecord <file>" ?

Update WebView version to 52.0.2743.98, but it still happen. Sorry for this site only have Chinese, Here is the video: 0'04 take a photo and click V immediately 0'06 site show error message (mean "please select a image") 0'12~0'23 take a photo and wait 10sec 0'24 click V, site accept and start upload image
