Issue descriptionChrome Version:54.0.2824.0 Revision facabd3224aecbcab4bea9daadad31c67488d78c-refs/heads/master@{#410520}(32/64 bit) OS:Windows(7,8,10) Precondition: Login with credentials which has synced tabs history What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and to chrome://history , click on synced tabs (2)Click on 'Hide now' button of any history entry,Logout from account (3)Now again login with same account and observe the synced tab Actual: Synced history doesn't appears again after clicking on 'hide now' button (i.e after step 2&3) Expected: Synced history should be displayed even after clicking on 'hide now' button (i.e after step 2&3) This is a regression issue broken in 'M54' and will soon update other info.

I'm pretty sure this is working as intended. Handing over to pavely@, who hopefully knows more about the backend, to confirm.

Hiding device effectively deletes that device's open tabs entries from sync. They don't reappear after signing out and then in. They will though reappear if user navigates some pages on that device. Resolving as WAI. |
