[Chrome][N Preview][V52] "COPY/SHARE/SELECT ALL" is not poped up in split-screen mode

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chrome in split-screen mode (one mode of new feature, multi-window) 2. Open the site with articles 3. Touch and hold characters of article in order to select characters What is the expected behavior? "COPY/SHARE/SELECT ALL" is poped up in split-screen mode What went wrong? "COPY/SHARE/SELECT ALL" is not poped up in split-screen mode and user can't copy/share/select all. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 52.0.2743.98 Channel: stable OS Version: N Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
