When enabling/disabling JavaScript for individual sites, you can't reset it back to ask or move it to another setting.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > JavaScript
(2) Disable a site from running JS.
(3) Press the overflow icon and try to reset or allow it. Nothing should happen.

What is the expected result?
That the site be removed from the list or added to the allow list.

What happens instead?
Nothing.
