This is getting weird. ZX1G22K86J was sitting at the "To start Android, enter your passowrd" dialog box.  This phone got encrypted?

Re-flashed it and it's back attached.  Effective with https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf/builders/Android%20Nexus6%20Perf%20%282%29/builds/3370

Is there any other work that needs to be done here? Both of those builders are green.
