Incorrect loading some settings and disk I/O error through RAM Disk

Reported by stalkera...@gmail.com, Aug 8 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 UBrowser/5.6.12265.1017 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create RAM-Disk with help of SoftPerfect RAM Disk
2. Copy user data from C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\UCBrowser to Z:\UCBrowser
3. Symlink 1 folder to 2 and start browser

What is the expected behavior?
Settings are stored in extension and authorization to Google is active

What went wrong?
The loss of authorization to Google and data extensions settings through symlink to RAM-Disk.
Settings are lost in extensions: Chrome Currency Converter, LastPass, The Great Suspender. Also in the extension LastPass is impossible to pass authorization. Presumably that the settings are not saved just because of the "disk I/O error", "LevelDB write failed" etc.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
