What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to settings and find the Languages
(2) Click three dot menu of the language you want to prioritize
(3) Click Move up

What is the expected result?
Language chosen moves up and three dot menu disappears.

What happens instead?
Language does not move and the menu stays open.
