This issue appears to only occur on Chrome OS. This issue can't be reproduced on the Chrome browser in Windows or Mac. It also occurs using Sears' kiosk app that's used by Sears salespeople in stores.

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Go to Sears.com on a Chrome OS device
(2) Hover over appliances and select refrigerators
(3) Click the first refrigerator
(4) Note the page doesn't load on Chrome OS

Expected Result: A page with options to buy refrigerators

Actual Result: A blank white page

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) Always on Chrome OS

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? No workaround. This negatively impacts Chrome OS users as well as Sears whose Chrome kiosk app is not functional as a result.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
