Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/subzey/vz0k3gg3/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Use or create any element that preventDefault()'s mousedown 2. Press the mouse button over that element 3. Keeping the mouse pressed, move the cursor somewhere else outside What is the expected behavior? The cursor should change and reflect the thing that is under the cursor right now. What went wrong? The cursor is stuck: it doesn't change even if the cursor is outside the window. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes June-July, 2016 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82 Channel: stable OS Version: 14.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I was recording on .82 version. Updating to .116 solved my problem. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you.
