Cursor doesn't change while the mouse button is pressed

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use or create any element that preventDefault()'s mousedown
2. Press the mouse button over that element
3. Keeping the mouse pressed, move the cursor somewhere else outside

What is the expected behavior?
The cursor should change and reflect the thing that is under the cursor right now.

What went wrong?
The cursor is stuck: it doesn't change even if the cursor is outside the window.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes June-July, 2016

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82  Channel: stable
OS Version: 14.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I'm using 52.0.2743.116 on Ubuntu 14.04 and I don't see this issue.
52.0.2743.116 should be the latest pushed version. So be sure you relaunch before trying.

Perhaps you can attach a screen recording of the issue?

I was recording on .82 version. Updating to .116 solved my problem.

I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you.
