Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Switch input language to Hebrew (presumably other languages aswell)
2. press ctrl-w/ctrl-shift-w

What is the expected behavior?
tab(s) should close

What went wrong?
tab(s) didn't close (nothing happened)
