Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a link in a new tab to read it later.
2. Some time later, return to the tab, switch to it.
3. Tab is blank.
4. Try reload page. Try toggle desktop/mobile version. Still blank.

What is the expected behavior?
Tab should load the page.

What went wrong?
Tab is blank and empty, would not load the page, would not report any error, no matter how many times reloaded.

I'm getting this about once a day, with various URLs.

Some observations:
1) it is not connection problem. Copying URL to another tab opens the page fine.
2) the "bad" Chrome tab stays bad as long as the URL is from the same domain. I tried adding parameters to the URL and reloading - does not fix blank tab. But opening different page (say google.com) is OK - and after that I can click Back button to return to previous page and it opens fine this time.
