Compositor animations in iframes pause after toggling visibility

What is the expected output?
Both animations continue after toggling visibility.

What do you see instead?
The composited animation stops.
Tested on Chrome 52 Linux.

Issue is reproducible on Ubuntu 14.04,Mac 10.11.6 and Win 7 using latest stable 52.0.2743.116 and canary 54.0.2822.0.The animations is not happening when navigated to https://jsfiddle.net/39r28vdp/ on 50.0.2661.75 and prior builds and its non-regression issue since 32.0.1652.0.

I cannot reproduce this on Chrome 54 Linux, maybe it got fixed.
Can this be reverified? #1 says reproduceable on canary 54.

Still able to reproduce the issue on Linux Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 7, Mac 10.11.6 using latest M-54(54.0.2823.0).Observed that the composited animation stops when clicked on toggle visibility.

alancutter@Could you please check the issue on 54.0.2823.0 and update the thread with your observations.

Ah, I think my instructions were unclear. I should have said "visibility is toggled off and on again". Sorry about that.

Test is working as expected in the screencast (thanks for adding it!).
