chrome://extensions in material mode(enabled in flags) has UI breaks

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome://extensions in material mode
2. see extensions page in screenshot  
3. the line you will notice is merge with other extensions

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
well, there must be no line merged with other extensions 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
