Focus rings are working on other platforms and they're working on my Windows boxes with NVDA and the optional NVDA focus ring extension. ZoomText definitely worked pretty recently though I will check it more carefully again. There must be some other variable. I'm wondering if something else is affecting it: * Page zoom * Device scale factor (e.g. hi-res "retina" display) * Something else?

Laura, please test this with the latest versions of Chrome and ZoomText, can you still reproduce it? Try it with different monitor resolutions, that may be relevant.

Hi @dmazzoni, Please indicate the bounds of normal Zoomtext use - are there minimum or maximum resolutions? I tried some edge case testing to see if ZoomText would hold up under extremes and I found the following. What do you recommend? Thanks, Laura Google Chrome 65.0.3323.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64) Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 ZoomText 11.7.17.410 with zoom level set to 1.2 HP Zbook Laptop HP Zdisplay monitors Sony television Steps taken: # Open ZoomText THEN Chrome (order is important) # Navigate to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat # Tab through focusable elements using keyboard # Examine focus ring compared to visual place of each element Test one on my normal one-monitor setup, pass - one external monitor, laptop monitor disabled - resolution 1920x1200 - Windows setting "Change the size of text, apps, and other items:" 200% Result: Zoomtext red focus ring appears around element as expected Test two on my normal two-monitor setup, unknown - two external monitors, laptop monitor disabled - one monitor is portrait and the other is landscape - resolution on both is 1920x1200 - Windows setting "Change the size of text, apps, and other items:" 200% Result: Zoomtext red focus ring does not appear anywhere, in or outside of Chrome. Perhaps this isn't supported? Test three on the smallest setup I could find, fail - laptop monitor only - resolution 3840x2160 (recommended resolution) - No magnification in Windows setting "Change the size of text, apps, and other items:" 100% Result: Zoomtext red focus ring does not appear at all in Chrome. It does appear in other programs. After a reboot, it still doesn't appear in Chrome at all while it does appear in other programs like Windows settings. Test four on the largest setup I could find, unknown - One external TV (very large) - Laptop monitor also enabled (couldn't disable when connected to TV) - Resolution set to 800x600 No magnification in Windows setting "Change the size of text, apps, and other items:" 100% Red focus rectangle didn't show up anywhere on the screen, inside of or outside of Chrome. Perhaps this isn't supported?
