What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Unable to using shift to change from English input into Chinese pinying input.
(2)After clicking the language changing place at the task bar, the problem remains.

What is the expected result?
Changing the input method into Chinese pinying.

What happens instead?
Didn't change the input method into Chinese pinying.
