confirm dialog box appears then immediately closes

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load attached extension on Mac OS X.
2. Click the C button.
3. Observe the confirm dialog appear, then disappear.

What is the expected behavior?
The confirm dialog should stay put and wait for user input.

What went wrong?
Something closes the confirm dialog.

On Linux and Windows, the confirm dialog waits for user input.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.6 using 51.0.2704.103, latest stable 52.0.2743.116, canary 54.0.2824.0 as per above steps.

This is non regression issue seen from M-30(30.0.1549.0).Hence, marking it as untriaged.
Could anyone from dev team look into this issue please.

Note:Working fine on Windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04.
