chrome is working but cannot access any page including settings

Issue description

Chrome Version       : Latest + chrome canary
Other browsers tested: Opera OK/Edge OK/Firefox OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) start chorme
(2) go to any page including internal chrome://settings
(3) nothing and snap message

What is the expected result?
working sites?

What happens instead?
OK snap , blank page

I did:
-sfc/scannow
-disabled avira antyviurs
-reinstalled chrome
-used chrome clean tool

It stopped working in a middle of day - when it was working fine. Happy to share screen to developer.

Thanks for the report. I am unable to reproduce the above issue on Windows 10 with chrome version 52.0.2743.116, 53.0.2785.46 & 54.0.2816.0.

I would request you to please re-installation one more time and deleting user data folder from c: drive.


Request you to let us know if the issue still persists. If it does then do provide us with the screen cast of the above issue.
