not loading

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
a loaded site or new 

What happens instead?
Not loading gives a error for not responding (Something got wrong while loading the page)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Hello,

It's not loading if I open a new tab and I can't load any website.

I'm currently using my MacBook Air 2014 with OSX 10.11  I have it updated
to the newest version.

Can you take a net-internals log while trying to load a page. Instructions are at:

https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details

You should try doing this from a fresh Chrome session.
