i can't download anything from google webstore

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. i try to download any extension from google webstore or any website
2. when i click download it says "download interrupted"
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
i can't download extensions

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Recently started showing me ads and I was trying to remove it
And I delete some files from chrome directory
And user data folder the files were ending with .json
and then chrome didn't work i reinstalled it and i got this error and i reinstalled it anther time and still shows this error

Tested the issue on Windows 10 using Chrome# 52.0.2743.116 and could not reproduce the issue.
Able to download the extensions without any interruption.
Could you please let me know whether anything is missed from our side.
