Could you please provide us the sample reprosteps and the screen shot of the issue to triage the issue further.

Alos once please check the issue by upgrading chrome to latest stable 52.0.2743.116 and update the behavior.

Unfortunately, this site is just for issues with Chrome itself.  We can't help you if the problem is you suspect your computer has been hacked.
