In the new design of the Translate Chrome bubble, the bubble can be closed by hitting the "x" button or clicking outside the bubble. 

In the current design of the Translate Chrome bubble, the bubble can be closed by clicking on "Nope" or clicking outside the bubble.

We don't currently log clicks outside the bubble for any of those two designs. This bug is to start logging clicks outside the Translate Chrome bubble for both the current and new designs, so that we can compare the results of the experiment we are running.
