* Remove all tracking of _NET_ACTIVE_WINDOW
* Remove timestamp tracking from X11DesktopHandler
* Track focus state in DWTHX11. Inspired by gtk/docs/focus_tracking.txt
  Hopefully this will fix most Linux-aura focus related bugs
