Closing this.  We have a label for these (Proj-HarmonyDialogs) and a spreadsheet ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xDrxVl--AysmTowWQ7x5XeNVjpomZzQwGX-lhVGdwBA/edit#gid=1131158076 ), and I don't think this additional tracking bug is necessary.
