Harmony - text button differences for Mac

Project Member Reported by est...@chromium.org, Aug 5 2016

Issue description

It seems like OSX might have some differences from other platforms around focus or press states (ripples).

1. Do OSX buttons get ripples on press? If not, what do they do?

2. I suspect focus is the blue ring everywhere. Yes? The link to Mac is that Alan says the blue ring was inspired by Mac conventions.

1. macOS buttons should not get ripples, but they should display differently when pressed.

2. The blue ring is the Mac-style focus appearance.

Correct for #1.

For #2, the blue ring is the mac-style focus appearance, but it is also the direction harmony will take for all platforms.

It's unclear which #1 you're referring to (in c#2 or c@1). If you are saying that the Mac has ripples, that is unacceptable to me, and we will have to have a bigger UI hash out on it.
