Hm.. I think that build just had a flakey error. The build after it completed in time, and the current build looks like it's chugging along. Please reopen if you see this happen again, but I think this is just flakiness on that one build.

Issue is seen again, hence re-opening.

Not the first time I've had to reboot this machine.. something is going on with  it that during _some_ compiles that it'll just become unresponsive on the desktop (but the mouse is still usable -- not a full hard lockup).

Nothing telling in logs anywhere to point at a smoking gun.

I'll try a reinstall as a first pass "fix" here shortly.
