Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Go to settings.
(2) Go to *About Chrome OS*.
(3) In the new window, click on *Report bug/problem*.
(4) Enter a lot of text into the text box. (Output of dmesg for example.)

Expected Result: One should be able to move around the text and be able to edit it.

Actual Result: The system is unresponsive. The cursor needs a minute to move to a new position, and edits show up after a minute.

Always.

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Do not user that functionality and go directly to the tracker.
