What is not working with PointerEvent enabled?
0. Attach Wacom Intuos Pro tablet to a Surface device.
1. Run Chrome Canary, enable PointerEvents through chrome://flags/#enable-pointer-events.
2. Open https://patrickhlauke.github.io/touch/pen-tracker
3. Hover and drag the pen.

Expected: the demo should reflect current pen tilt.

Actual: the demo shows a vertical pen.

Also note that touching & holding the pen stationary doesn't show pen pressure. Could be related to  crbug.com/634817 .

Works in Edge, also in Chrome Canary on CrOS.
