when there is multiple tabs the cross bar is dislocated

Issue description
Chrome Version : Version 51.0.2704.106 (64-bit)

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)When there are multiple number of tabs
(2)
(3)
What is the expected result? The cross tab should'nt dislocate
What happens instead?The cross dislocates and comes to other tab.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible. I have attached a screen shot

Checked the issue on Latest Stable# 52.0.2743.116 on Windows, Mac and Linux and could not reproduce the issue. Could you please re-check on latest stable mentioned and provide the update. Thanks in Advance.
