iOS: New icon size/alignment and material incognito scheme color do not match spec.

OS:  iOS 9.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit badssl.com in incognito.

What is the expected output?
The base of the lock icon is aligned with the base of the text, and about as tall as the "h" in "https".
The scheme is white.

What do you see instead?
The lock icon is too large and too low.
The scheme is green.

I haven't had a chance to check Chrome 53 on iOS yet, but I imagine it's the same there.
emilyschechter@: could you track down what all the behaviours on iOS should be, and who should be in charge?

What about the icon size and placement? Is that working as intended?
Still looks weird to me.
