No "Swap primary mouse button" option in Material Design Settings

Material Design settings flag

bugs: There are no mouse settings in the Material Design settings, only "Touchpad" settings even though I am using a Chromebox with a mouse rather than a touchpad. There is no option to swap the primary mouse button.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
This should be coming soon -- on Canary, there is a "Mouse and touchpad" row with a setting to toggle the primary mouse button.
