Weird "did you meant http://" suggestions

Version: Version 53.0.2785.34 beta (64-bit)
OS: OS X

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Google "yanukovich" (misspelling intentional)

What is the expected output?

Don't see a "Did you mean to go to http://yanukovich"

What do you see instead?

"Did you mean to go to http://yanukovich" bar. Also, when I click on it, nothing happens.
